We enjoyed our stay in a quiet location with great views of the mountains and close proximity to the lake, perfect for bike rides. The pool and playground were a highlight for our kids and the borrowed bikes provided by the hotel were a bonus. The dinner was delicious, and the service was good.
There were a few downsides. The breakfast was basic and could have been better with more variety.

We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views and the cozy xmas atmosphere. the complimentary skiing lessons and access to the nearby slopes were a nice touch. the hot chocolate by the fireplace was great after a day outdoors.
The lack of variety in the food choices at the restaurant was disappointing. the thin walls made it difficult to sleep through the night due to noise from other guests.

Located near the lake and the main area, this hotel is a great option. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views of the mountains. the pool, sauna, and playground are perfect for families. Guests also have free access to public transportation and swimming facilities.
One minor issue reported is that there is limited breakfast options.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is ideal, with the lake just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed cycling around and taking in the beautiful views of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure our every need was met. The hotel offered a range of amenities, including a spa and wellness center where we could relax and unwind. The indoor swimming pool was a great way to cool off after a day of exploring. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking, which made our stay even more convenient. we were impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to families.

We loved the location of this hotel, with its proximity to the lake and the main area of this city. The breakfast staff provided fast service and the breakfast was basic but good. We also appreciated the perks this hotel provided, like the Kaiserwinkl card for free bus rides and swimming. The overall hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Everything was spot on.
